
Meatballs contain beef mince, saute'd onion,grated carrot,grated celery,herbs of your choice and egg.
Make meatballs, cook in oven at 180 deg for 20-25 mins.
For sauce, fry garlic and basil in oil, then add tinned tomato.
Simmer for 15 mins then add meatballs and simmer for a further 10 mins.
Steam zuchini strips for 2 mins then serve.

I have made this on several ocassions but have never taken a photo....
This recipe is for everyone trying to get away from feeling bloated after a "normal" meatball/spaghetti dish.
